SARKAR APKE DWAR programme held at Taraso circle

TARASO JAN 30: 2ND SARKAR APKE DWAR programme of Taraso circle conducted at Middle School, Bormai today on 30/1/18 by team of ADC Balijan Shri Tasso Gambo and CO Tarasso Shri Rome Mele to facilitate the Govt services to the people of Taraso, bordering Assam. SKAD Helps people to reach out to different department to avail the services provided by them.
In two days programme at Lower Taraso and Bormai the ADC Balijan and CO Tarasso issued 106 ST, PRC-104, BC-68, Trading Licenses, ILP and Income Certificates. The Power Department, Taraso also collected electricity bill revenue of Rs.38,694/-,new service connection 07, new registration 11 and grievances attended 16.
At counter of Food and Civil Supplies Department 28 Nos new LPG connection issued, new LPG connections forms issued, rationed card renewed and PMUY applications received. Department of District Transport Office issued 72 Nos of Learner’s License, 02 new vehicles registered and Learners form issued and department of Economics and Statistics enrolled 30 nos and 39 Adhaar Updation. The Education Department distributed Science, maths, Primary level Maths kits and Microscopes to 07 Secondary Schools and Upper Primary school and audio-visuals, phamplets, career counselling, interaction with parents were other activities done by them.
In Health Department section represented by PHC Taraso, 420 people took benefited from various services like general health check up, family planning counselling, Dulari Kanya, CMAAY, contraceptives pills, ANC/PNC , Full Incentivisation Immunization, lab test, medical certificates, water sanitation, hygiene and handwashing counselling and child health check ups under RBSK. The Department of APEDA also sold LED bulbs, Fan, at subsidized rate and generated revenue of Rs.37,300. Apex Bank, Balijan also conducted FLC ( Financial Literacy Camp), opened 26 new accounts, new forms issued,PMJJY and PMSBY.
In Allied departments like Agriculture 107 farmers received free distribution of agriculture inputs seeds, handtools and implements, PP chemicals, mustards seeds, farmer registration, organic fertilizers and nutrients, department of Fisheries registered 21 fishponds, phamplets and leaflets were distributed by Horticulture department and provided technical know how of horti activities and Veterinary department conducted 35 health check ups and treated domestic animals and 70 people sensitized on National Livestock Mission.
The DRDA department also issued 19 Nos of Job Cards, under CMITPS 37 Weavers beneficiaries registered, 25 Nos distributed free Yarns under CMITPS, 27 Nos registered for MUDRA Scheme by Department of Textile and Handicrafts. Police Department also participated in the camp and issued character certificates and lost certificates.
As per consolidated report received from Circle Officer Shri Rome Mele of two days SKAD camp altogether 2350 people benefited from the two programme at Lower Tarasso and Bormai. HoDs of above mentioned departments were present to provide best services to the people.
