GPTI gives Away NCVT and SSC Certificates Settled Entrepreneurships 04JanJanuary 4, 2018 By apipr GPTI gives Away NCVT and SSC Certificates Aalo Jan 04: In a function organized by GPTI in collaboration with department of Urban Development & Housing, NCVT and SSC certificates under DAY-NULM schemes were distributed to sixty one successful entrepreneurs that completed the Vocational Training Course imparted by GPTI were felicitated at GPTI Skill Training Institute Aalo today. Giving away the certificates as the Chief Guest, the West Siang Deputy Commissioner Swetika Sachan felicitated and congratulated all successful trainees and praised the vocational training provider for ort for the cause of unemployed youth and of the district. She also gave away the certificates to those who have successfully set up their own ventures with the help of this skill trainings they have acquired. She exhorted all women to take keen interest in such self sustaining ventures and exhorted the skilled trainees to impart “know how” to fellow people without depending much on trainers from outside. The Chairman cum CEO GPTI, Smti Topu Basar Ete disclosed there are many free training schemes under Govt of India which can help trainees to sustain their livelihood through skill training. GPTI is one such recognized Vocational Training Providers and institute empanelled by State and Govt. of India for various skill development and awareness programme. So far 9000 candidates have been trained, 6700 assessed, 2500 NCVT, 3500 SSC certificates awarded and 157 have been helped to set up own ventures through skill development programme. The Executing Agency and Deputy Director UD& Housing Shri Halley Welly lauded the GPTI for successfully implementing the schemes and exhorted the trainees to take more interests to avail more benefits of such schemes. He also disclosed that more such skill training programmes under DAY-NULM on various trades so that more men and women are trained to come on such self reliant ventures.
